Online Registration


You will need to provide:  

  • Your company name as it appears on shipping and hazard communication documents 
  • Contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses for the registration, including:
    • A Primary Contact, Billing Contact, and SDS Contact
    • At least three Emergency Co​ntacts
    • Report Recipients
  • Additional company names used on documentation (Affiliated registrations are optional)
  • Acceptance of CHEMTREC’s Terms and Conditions
  • Payment by credit card (or you may request an invoice)

Upon completion of registration, you will receive​ a confirmation email which includes:

  • Your CHEMTREC Customer Number (CCN)
  • CHEMTREC telephone numbers and suggested wording for your documents
  • Information on how to submit your company's SDS
